Drawing from her background as a professional dancer, Amanda has consistently encouraged her students to explore their personal journeys and awaken their spiritual energy through yoga, breathwork, exercise and meditation practices.
Over the past 14 years, she has pursued extensive training with internationally recognised yoga teachers across various disciplines including Power Yoga, Iyengar, Hatha and Vinyasa Flow. Amanda has further expanded her therapeutic toolkit through qualifications in Reiki and Theta healing.
At Seasons Bali, Amanda’s core mission centres on helping clients break free from limiting belief systems that directly contribute to addiction, depression and anxiety. Her unique combination of movement expertise, energy work, and therapeutic techniques creates a holistic approach to wellness that supports clients throughout their recovery process.
Her diverse skillset—spanning hypnotherapy, NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), trauma therapy, Ayurvedic nutrition, personal training and yoga instruction—allows her to customise wellness approaches that address each client’s specific needs and challenges.
