Masters Degree of Social Health.

My experience spans four areas and five decades: management, hospitality, theatre and social health. Working in clinical practice, community development, management and sector development has taught me a number of things. That people are: strong, resourceful and resilient; they are more problem solvers than self destructive; and when given the right information delivered in a way they can understand people make decisions that are in their best interest.

Creating the space, understanding how others view us and expansive thinking are all valuable tools in engaging people in therapeutic communities and ensuring services remain true to the program and relevant for the people who join the program.

Living in Recovery for the past 25 years, I have studied (Master of Social Health) and worked as a counsellor, therapist and program manager. I bring together the skills essential in hospitality, theatre and social welfare to provide a broad range of knowledge and experience for clients to draw on.

I believe people need to have the very best experience and outcomes when they engage with us which is why I chose to bring my experience consulting to Seasons.
