Hany’s professional background spans sales, construction and extensive experience in addiction counselling across several Indonesian rehabilitation centres. His career path, however, was shaped by his personal struggle with addiction that cost him jobs, relationships, and his own sense of self.

From October 2009 to June 2013, he served as a counsellor at Yakita Ciawi, Yakita Surabaya, and Orbit Surabaya alcohol and drug treatment centres, building a strong foundation in client care and therapeutic approaches. Since January 2016, Hany has been a valued member of the Seasons Bali team.

His recovery journey began when he sought help at a drug rehabilitation centre where he was introduced to the 12 Step Program of Narcotics Anonymous. This framework provided Hany with critical insights into the roots of his addiction and offered practical solutions for lasting change.

Through the challenges and successes of his own recovery journey, Hany found his true purpose: helping others find their path to wellness. This passion continues to drive his commitment to advancing his knowledge in therapeutic approaches and recovery methods.

At Seasons Bali, Hany combines his professional rehabilitation experience with his personal recovery story to connect authentically with clients. His firsthand understanding of addiction’s challenges, paired with his commitment to continued learning, makes him a valuable guide for those seeking a new way of life.
