Komang’s culinary career began with formal training through the prestigious American Culinary Federation, establishing a solid foundation for his future success in the kitchen.
His practical experience started as a Commis Chef, but his exceptional talent and dedication quickly propelled him through the ranks at the internationally acclaimed Kudeta Beach Club in Seminyak—one of Bali’s most sophisticated dining destinations. This rapid progression highlighted his natural ability and commitment to culinary excellence.
In 2007, Komang’s career reached new heights when he took on the role of head chef with the Royal Caribbean Cruise Line, where he refined his skills catering to an international clientele with diverse dietary preferences and requirements.
Since joining Seasons Bali in 2011, Komang has brought his wealth of global culinary experience to the nutrition program. His expertise ensures that clients receive meals that are not only delicious but also supportive of their physical recovery and overall wellbeing during treatment.
