Rachael Smith brings over a decade of experience in addiction recovery and mental health to her role as Clinical Manager at Seasons Bali. Her extensive qualifications, combined with her compassionate approach, make her a trusted and dedicated leader in the field.

Before joining Seasons Bali, Rachael held key positions in renowned organisations, including the Hader Clinic in Melbourne as a Senior Support Worker and Assistant Manager, as well as Winja Ulupna Aboriginal Women’s Rehab in St Kilda. She has also worked with Bass Coast Health Hospital as an AOD and Family Counsellor, further enhancing her expertise in both clinical and therapeutic settings. Rachael values highly educational and ongoing professional development, completing her certificates, diploma’s, advanced diploma level qualifications with in person, on campus study at Intuitions such as Phoenix Institute, Ikon Institute and Swinburne University. Currently continuing to work towards her Bachelor’s Degree of Integrative Psychotherapy.

At Seasons Bali, Rachael plays a pivotal role as both Clinical Manager and Admission Coordinator, ensuring that clients and their families feel supported and informed from the very first point of contact. Her mission is to simplify the admission process and create a nurturing and positive experience for everyone who walks through the doors.
