Zoe has a deep understanding of the process of helping individuals and families come to accept support, having worked closely with Seasons Bali for many years across program development, policy and procedure, and clinical oversight alongside both the Program Founder and Program Director.

With a background in customer experience, communications, and leadership, Zoe supports clients and their families as they begin the recovery journey. Combining empathy with calm, clear communication, she helps guide people through the admissions process with warmth, professionalism, and reassurance during what can often feel like an overwhelming and emotionally difficult time.

Her approach reflects the Seasons Bali philosophy of compassionate, person-centred care — creating safety, trust, and connection from the very first point of contact.
